From my initial quote to the clean, the service has been very professional. The quote was talked through and explained to me well on what he would do for problematic areas on my carpets, he made no promises, and now my carpets are looking great! Chris was friendly and his attention to detail is thorough and was punctual on both visits. He even used skirting board protectors to protect from any scuffs or damage from his piping, also ramps for the pedestrians outside the house, as well as shoe protectors on the quote and separate indoor footwear for the cleaning. Chris offered me advice for future home cleaning after the service for any spillages too. I would highly recommend.
