If you have damage to your carpet, for example a cigarette burn, In Depth are able to carry out small repairs on tufted and woven carpets to the same construction of the manufacturer.
Re-tufting involves removing the damaged tufts. New tufts are then either re-tufted or re-weaved to the carpet. We use tufts from a piece of spare carpet or we can utilise tufts from the edge of the carpet where it is tucked behind the grippers. This will ensure the tufts being used as replacements are from the same batch, colour and age as the original damaged tufts.
For smaller areas we can often make the mark disappear, for larger areas we can make it much less obvious.
